Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility & Acceptance
1.1 Membership is by invitation or application and is subject to approval by Heliopolis Social Café.
1.2 By confirming membership, members agree to abide by these terms and policies.
1.3 Membership is non-transferable and may be revoked at the discretion of Heliopolis Social Café for violation of these terms.
2. Membership Benefits & Responsibilities
2.1 Members gain access to exclusive events, early reservations, and other special privileges.
2.2 Membership does not entitle a member to any ownership rights or decision-making authority in Heliopolis Social Café.
2.3 Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy toward staff, guests, and other members.
3. Fees & Payments
3.1 Payment Requirement:
Membership fees must be paid in full before your membership is activated. All fees will be automatically deducted from the bank card you have on file.
3.2 Refundable Credit:
Your membership fee is refundable—but only as a credit toward purchases at Heliopolis. Founding members receive a 100% refund in credit, while regular members receive a 50% refund in credit. This credit can be applied toward any qualifying purchase at Heliopolis and is non-transferable and non-cashable.
3.3 Payment Default:
Failure to pay any required dues or fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
4. Event & Space Usage
4.1 Members may be granted priority access to private events, subject to availability.
4.2 Reservations or bookings must follow venue policies, including cancellation terms.
4.3 Heliopolis Social Café reserves the right to refuse or revoke event access based on conduct.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Members must adhere to all local laws and respect Heliopolis Social Café policies.
5.2 Discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5.3 Any misconduct may result in membership termination without refund.
6. Liability & Indemnification
6.1 Heliopolis Social Café is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
6.2 Members participate in events at their own risk and waive any claims against Heliopolis Social Café for personal injury or damages.
6.3 Members agree to indemnify Heliopolis Social Café against any legal claims arising from their actions.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Member information will be kept confidential and used only for internal purposes.
7.2 Heliopolis Social Café may send updates, promotions, or event notifications, with an option to unsubscribe.
7.3 We do not sell or share member data with third parties without consent.
8. Amendments & Termination
8.1 Heliopolis Social Café reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice to members.
8.2 Members may terminate their membership at any time but will not be entitled to refunds.
8.3 Heliopolis Social Café reserves the right to discontinue membership programs or benefits at its discretion.
